Project introduction:?The Petrobras FPSO Project is located in the Santos Basin, Brazil in the southeast of the South Atlantic Ocean, about 300 kilometers away from Sao Paulo, where the water depth is about 2,188m. The scope of work includes the construction of six topsides and a number of small functional modules of two FPSO vessels, the integration/assembly of all modules into two FPSO vessels (each FPSO has 18 modules with a total weight of about 50,000 tons) and the commissioning and towing of the two FPSO vessels.

Project highlights:?Petrobras P67/P70 FPSO Project is the first project delivered by COOEC as an independent FPSO EPC contractor and one of the foreign FPSO projects that involves the largest work load, highest technical complexity and most stringent technical requirements. During the execution of this project, COOEC has developed more than 190 innovative techniques and processes and obtained more than 40 national patents. The delivery of FPSO vessels P67 and P70 enable COOEC to provide services together with the other international FPSO EPC contractors. The project of P70 has been recognized as one of China’s “Top Ten Innovation Projects in 2019”.
